How: Change Blogger's Favicon

"Tiny banner for thumbnails"

Hey hey hey, just change BCPY's favicon, and got to thinking.. I should teach you all too

I have 2 method to make it, you wan easy or hard? see which suit you:

Easy:

1.Open up Gimp, photoshop, mspaint or something you can create a image size about 16 x 16.

Don't really know how to use mspaint or other program? Don't worry you still got helped, See step 3 down there

"I mean seriously, that 16 x 16"

2. Start your design, do what you like and save it

"now you believe me that 16 x 16?, and don't worry it's should be blurry"

3. Now go to [Favicon.cc], and follow what you make in Gimp, photoshop, mspaint or something else.. just joking, proceed to next step. For reader who skip from step 1, you can draw or design your favicon on the canvas then you can step next step and  move on :)

4. Click 'Import Image', if you draw/design on gimp, photoshop, mspaint or etc
If you draw/design on website, skip this step, proceed to step 6

5. And upload your 16 x 16 image

6.  Then download your favicon file, if you draw/design on website, you also need to download it

7. Log in to your blogger and click on 'layout', look for favicon and click edit, new window pop up select choose file, and select the file you just downloaded

"1-2-3 poof, finish!!"

8. Make sure press 'Save' and you're done!! Wait about a day or 2 and it'll change

Hard: actually.. not that very hard, but it's complicated tho

1. Still do the same, draw/design on GIMP, photoshop, mspaint or etc, size still the same, about 16 x 16.. but this time I can't very help who doesn't know how to use that, you should follow the 'easy' way

2. After you done, look for a website where you can host it JPG, PNG, or even GIF! and make sure it's has 'Direct link' link, you'll need the link soon

3. Log in Blogger, Click on 'Template', then edit HTML

TIP for reader who press 'edit HTML' for the first time, before you do anything. Please download a backup of your template on the left side, just in case you did something wrong on the code

4. Copy ths code: 

<link href="your-favicon-links-goes-here" rel="icon" type="image/gif"/>

and look for <b:skin> then paste it ABOVE it. Make sure "your-favicon-links-goes-here" replace with your image 'direct link' which end with .jpg, .png or .gif respectively 

"For lazy one, press anywhere in template code box then 'Ctrl + F' look for <b:skin>

5. Save template, and  done!! Instantly you got result!!

How:To Check Your iPhone Battery Percentage..without wasting 1 percent

"iPhone user only :(?"

Believe it or not! I just save my battery from morning 100% to now,left 32%

but it don't make any sense until you try it out xDD

for some reason,some people getting worry so much as his/her iPhone almost put in coma

you saw the red battery icon! but you unsure if it still in 20% or 5%

You can check the percent left at

Setting -->  General --> Usage,and turn/tap/swipe Battery Percentage on to check!

you still left with 3%,but something goes wrong..it dead!! you searching for power bank and charger for resume the last addicting thing you did! 

but seriously tho,I also getting scare if my iPhone battery icon turn red,and the statement I say is true..cause I having a argue with 'my best friend' I check the percentage and it goes dead instantly,last number I saw was 2%

go to cydia and install this 'Alkaline'

"it's menu at setting!"

a short summary by me,Alkaline is a tweak that replace the battery icon into other picture

So,go ahead and search for theme that have number in it! such as

SemiCircular

or 

SpeedBattery

if you don't like theme with number with it..what about..

Vertical iOS7 Battery

and bring your best memories with..

iOS5 Battery7

be creative xD more theme in Cydia and save more battery with this tweak!

How:To Make 'Add to homescreen' Icon (From your blog/website)

For some reason,I thinking to myself  "I should update this for everyone and myself,just in case I forget how to make again"

but seriously,I forget how the 'code' only lol

so,here it is! the tutorial for adding your own icon for your blog or website..and I'm using iPhone

first at all,you'll need a skill for using the photoshop or other image editor,cause you going to make...

ya..just make it anyway (lol) and host it at image hosting website

after that,head to your blog or website's template/html code editor or anything it call 

paste the code below,below <head> tag

How:To Make Custom Sound!! With Winterboard (Winterboard Tutorial Part 1)

Before we start the tutorial,I would like to say about this 'part' of winterboard tutorial

I can say there several part of winterboard tutorial I can share with you all

but I really need to make them part by part cause if I make it all together in a post

reader will confused and not really understand the tutorial

So maybe someone ask me like this question:

"What sound?"

The sound when you unlock or lock your iDevice (your iPhone,iPod Touch or iPad)
or the sound when you typing or anything

Thing that you really need: Jailbreak

With using computer:
[WinSCP] for putting file in your iDevice for Window User
[Cyberduck] same as above but this for Mac OS User
[Audacity] for cutting the audio you wanted

What you need in your iDevice/without using computer: (Requires Jailbreak)
[ifile] from Cydia for $4.00
[Safari Download Manager] from Cydia for $5.00
[WinterBoard] from Cydia too (Free!)
[OpenSHH] from Cydia (Free! and must have if you using computer)

With computer tutorial:
open a new folder and name it anything you wanted at desktop or anywhere you wanted
then inside the folder that you just created,create another folder name it UISounds

Picture guide:

That it,now search for the sound that you wanted

for example:
the sound of Mario collect coin sound effect for unlocking your iDevice..
Mario death sound effect for locking your iDevice

after you done search or already have it you should rename it to this

All file must be in .caf format
at least,the file name end with .caf lol serious

whole thing finish..and you ready to put in your iDevice with WinSCP or Cyberduck

For Mac OS User,billy don't have any Mac OS computer at this time lol..so he will show you how use cyberduck by YouTube..Thank TheDimensi0n

after access your iDevice please,continued the next step as it same with window

For window user,use the WinSCP

Host name: your wifi IP address

Username ="root" without the quotation marks

Password ="alpine" without the quotation marks

After enter,press Parent directory

or press this

"the blue highlight or the 2 dot"

then,look for stash

"stash,not trash lol"

and drop your folder (the folder with your custom sound effect) into Themes

Done!! and look it up at WinterBoard at setting (if you hide it)

"with check mark/tick which mean selected,

and sorry about the name have changed cause 

I was testing something due to the same folder name"

Without computer tutorial:

Pretty simple,search your sound effect purchase/download it.. remember where the file you put/downloaded

open ifile,also go into stash and then Themes

inside Themes create a new folder name it anything you want

(create a new folder by tapping 'Edit' upper right,then tap the + button at the lower left)

and make another folder inside the folder that you just created,name it UISounds

Copy/Cut your sound effect sound into UISounds

"at least,the file name end with .caf lol serious" - From with computer tutorial

yes,serious if your purchased/downloaded sound effect end with .MP3 or .WAV rename it to .caf format

After done,copy/cut or after finish rename..go to winterboard and select your file

if you quite not understand about the file format

This seriously make myself an surprised like

"Hey!! look free tablets!!!" 

I try this for my friend who currently don't have any smartphone yet,but he really wanted to use free messenger such as Whatsapp,Skype,etc

he beg his family so bad,and this my only chance to make him a brighter day

How:To Install The Sims 3 Custom Content

that time,I promised? to teach you all how to install custom item :D

here the [link] that contain a lot of custom stuff,register required

before I make this tutorial how to install custom content for sims 3..I wanna let you know about the file's type

"Example showing 2 type of file from [traelia's Camera Accessory(MTS)]"

1.The white blank file,as we call it as .package as you can see it end with .package or [WinRAR] showing the type of folder

2.The [Plumbob(The Sims Wikia)] icon,call as The Sims 3 Custom Content file or Sims3Pack file,the simple way to install custom content is this file type

much sure is latest version,for me recommend update ONCE only,just like me (Billy) 

so,let start with .package file first

Tutorial for .Package file

first download this file --> [Press here to download]

after download,open the zip/rar folder and drop the 'Mod' file to 

and test the game,if the game without intro like directly put you to loading screen..it mean it working!

if it failed,you might put the 'Mod' to wrong place

after it worked,get your 1st download from [Mod The Sims]

after done download,open up the zip/rar folder and see what file type contain inside? if the file type was The Sims 3 Custom Content or Sims3Pack..please hold on,if it was .package and follow me what to do

go to the 'Mod' file you just dropped open it up and you will see Packages and Resource.cfg

drop anything which end with .package to Packages folder!

when you start the game,some might send you a notice when you at main menu like:

Mod Found:

Name of the mod that you just install

Note:If you remove the 'nointro.package',intro will show like it was normal

and same as the another example file inside the package 'NoBuildSparkles.package' if remove..sparkles appear

Tutorial for The Sims 3 Custom Content/Sims3Pack file

ok,now is The Sims 3 Custom Contest file/Sims3Pack time!

is easy as 1-2-3..456789 LOL

1.Download your custom content from [Mod The Sims]

2.Check it what file type it was (if .package file please look at above tutorial,if The Sims 3 Custom Content or Sims3Pack file,please continued on this section's tutorial)

3.Drop the The Sims 3 Custom Content or Sims3Pack file to Downloads folder in:

"Everyone have a Downloads folder,if don't have,just create one new folder and name it as Downloads"

4.Open up the The Sims 3 Game Launcher

5.Press Downloads at The Sims 3 Game Launcher

"image for number 4 and 5"

6.select which item you wanted to install

"select and press install (Red box),same thing as delete (Purple Box)...if it was gray out,it mean it in the game"

7.now you must wait

here what will happen after you press Install

 "this come out first"

"then this follow up,and press ok"
